6-9 months out:

If you are looking to achieve a different hair color by your wedding day, begin the transition at least 6 months before the big day. A good rule of thumb is to stay within two shades of your natural color; less damage and touch-ups required. 

Schedule your bridal hair and makeup appointments for the big day as well as the trial at least 2 months in advance.

2-3 months out:

If your bridal hair goals require some extra volume or length, it’s time to think about extensions. Come in to Changes Salon and Day Spa, Downtown Walnut Creek for a consultation and place your order for luscious locks to be put in closer to your wedding day.

Begin regular mani-pedis. Help your cuticles, feet, and nails along by beginning a routine to clean them up for those ring photos and princess-like shoes. 

Come in for your hair and makeup trial to fine tune your bridal look for the big day! Make sure to bring pictures of looks you love.

7-10 days out:

Get your final facial to leave your skin extracted and hydrated. Make sure you leave time in between your service and your big day for any irritation to subside leaving you with beautiful glowing skin.

Come in for your final root touch up for color or highlights. Have your extensions put in as well and enjoy all that gorgeous new hair!
