What are your preferred go-to products?
I’m absolutely loving the new Bumble and bumble ColorShield Line. Not only does it have an amazing scent, but it also works wonders in extending the life of your hair color. A timeless favorite of mine is the Bumble & bumble Thickening Spray, which I find perfect as a setting spray for almost any hair type. If you’re looking for a fantastic option, the Evolvh Wonderbalm is exceptional for both curly and straight hair. It delivers a stunning shiny finish and just the right touch of gentle hold.
Could you share your skincare and haircare routines?
When it comes to my skin, I’m dedicated to regular facials and peels, adjusting them based on the seasons. The results have been truly remarkable, with brighter skin and fewer fine lines. On a daily basis, I incorporate an exfoliating cleanser, a peptide serum, moisturizer, and of course, sunscreen.
My hair, being thick and curly, follows a unique routine. I opt for washing it only every 1-2 weeks. During the first week, I embrace my natural curls, while the beginning of the second week sees the use of heat tools for a different look. I’m a big fan of the classic Bumble & bumble Gentle Shampoo and Super Rich Conditioner. For detangling and protection, I rely on the Bumble & bumble Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil UV Heat Protect/Primer, finishing the ends with Kevin Murphy Young.Again.
What services stand out for you at Changes?
Prioritizing self-care, my top choices at Changes are the relaxing Changes
Pedicure, a Swedish Massage with extra indulgence, and the Signature Facial for ultimate pampering!
Could you provide three tips for maximizing hair services?
Absolutely, I’m happy to share some advice:
1. Open communication with your stylist is key. Sharing your hair’s history helps us maintain its health and integrity. So, all past service details are important.
2. Preparedness goes a long way. Bringing in inspirational images and arriving punctually sets the stage for a successful appointment.
3. Secure your future appointments. While planning an entire year might not be your style, scheduling at least the next service is highly beneficial. This approach avoids last-minute rushes and keeps your hair in its best condition.
