Prior to Lash Application Instructions
- Shower prior to your appointment, as you cannot get your lashes wet for 24-48 hours after your appointment to allow the adhesive to fully dry.
- Make sure that all eyelash and eye makeup is removed with an oil free product prior to arrival. If makeup removal is required during your appointment, the time allotted for lash application will be lessened, and could lead to less lashes applied.
- Do not curl or perm lashes before or after lash extensions.
- Remove contacts prior to arrival (as needed).
After Lash Extension Care Instructions
- For 24-48 hours after your lash application, avoid steamy/hot areas or getting your lashes wet.
- Avoid waterproof makeup (mascara, eyeliner) If you use mascara/eyeliner, make sure it is water based.
- We will not provide infill’s for eyelash extensions done by another salon without first seeing the standard of work of your eyelash extensions.
- Do not curl or perm lashes before or after lash extensions.
- The natural eyelashes are continually growing and shedding. The lash extension is bonded to the natural lash. Therefore, the extension grows out with the natural lash. It is recommended every 1-3 weeks to get a lash fill to achieve a consistent full set of lashes. Any lash extension that has grown out or fallen off will be replaced at this time.
- Use special care around the eye area, applying gentle and light pressure when washing or drying the face.
- Avoid touching your lashes. Picking, pulling, or rubbing your lashes can potentially damage not only your lash extensions, but your natural lashes as well.
Tip: Use a blow dryer on “cool” to fan out your lashes into place keeping the blow dryer arms-length from the face.

Experience the magic of lash tinting with Changes NEW tinting services. Make dull lashes appear not only darker, but longer and fuller with this process of applying a safe, semi-permanent vegetable dye to eyelashes a deeper, darker shade. Results last up to four weeks with proper care.
