We strongly suggest avoiding metered parking, as the enforcement is rigorous, and unfortunately, we can’t replenish the meters on your behalf. Understanding Our Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines

For single service appointments, we respectfully request a notice of 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide this notice or if the appointment is missed, a fee of at least 50% of the service value will be charged. To reserve any service, a credit card is required, though it will only be billed if we’re unable to fill your vacant slot.

Our primary goal is to ensure openings are utilized—our preference is always to accommodate another guest in your stead! The cancellation fee aids in partially compensating our dedicated technicians, who count on us for effective scheduling and career support.

While we do provide certain services tailored for children, it’s essential that they are accompanied by a guardian during their visit. For children under the age of 16, parental presence is required throughout both the consultation and the service duration. How can I arrange a group appointment?

To book for a group, please provide the names of all participants, your preferred date, and any specific time constraints. For optimal service selection, it’s recommended to schedule at least three to six weeks ahead. The bigger your group, the earlier you should book to ensure availability of desired services.

How long is a gift card from Changes valid?

Changes gift cards are the perfect present as they come with no expiration date! They can be utilized for any of our products or services (excluding tips). You can conveniently acquire them at our front desk or from our online store.
