When visiting Changes Salon & Day Spa, your ideal parking choice is the Broadway and Cypress parking garage. This location offers all-day parking, and even better, it’s free for the first hour. We strongly suggest avoiding metered parking, as the enforcement is rigorous, and unfortunately, we can’t replenish the meters on your behalf. To ensure a timely arrival for your spa experience, factor in an additional 10-20 minutes for parking.
To fully immerse in the relaxing ambiance of Changes Salon & Day Spa, we recommend arriving a minimum of 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you’re booked for facial or massage services, coming in 20-30 minutes early gives you the bonus of complimentary access to our steam room. Use this time to rejuvenate in our Aqua Terra Relaxation Room, featuring a mesmerizing 16-foot water wall, or embrace serenity in our lush Garden Courtyard.
For your comfort and enjoyment our Aqua Terra Relaxation Room with a 16 ft water wall is available, as well as access to our garden terrace. Our beverage bar is full of coffee, tea and snacks for your pleasure. If you have extended downtime, spa lunches are also available for pre-order via our Guest Service team.
At Changes, we prioritize guiding our guests to the most suitable service experience. We offer complimentary 15-minute consultations for a majority of our salon and spa services. For select services, a consultation is essential to guarantee the best outcomes and client satisfaction.
Experience more for less with our Series program. By prepaying for a set of 3 or 6 identical Massage or Facial services, guests can avail of a 5% discount for a set of three and 10% off for a set of six.
Additionally, embrace the benefits of the Changes Perks Program. This loyalty initiative rewards you with points, which can be redeemed against our products and services. We are proud to offer Bumble & Bumble, Kevin Murphy, Nioxin and Evolvh as professional and at home hair care. We also proudly use and carry Cosmedix for all of your skincare needs, OPI nail care, and GloMinerals makeup.
Additionally we seasonally feature lines such as Elizabeth W., Lazarus Naturals, Moroccanoil, Revitalash, Patchology, and Whiskey River, just to name a few.
To book for a group, please provide the names of all participants, your preferred date, and any specific time constraints. For optimal service selection, it’s recommended to schedule at least three to six weeks ahead. The bigger your group, the earlier you should book to ensure availability of desired services.
