Alexis Left The East Bay Women’s Conference Inspired!
Changes Salon and Day Spa has always been happy to be involved in the East Bay Women’s Conference, as Changes was built and still owned by a woman herself, Bonnie Waters.
Alexis, one of our Guest Service Managers has been participating in the EBWC since she started with us shares her experience about this years conference:
Meeting Teresa Zocchi & real estate team and Balestrieri family farm was great to connect with awesome women outside of our industry. They even were willing to contribute to our Instagram Live video which was a hit.
To top the day off being able to see Dr. Jill Biden speak was a big high light. It was nice how she spoke about how much she has done for our college education being a professor herself and while in office.Being a college student it was nice to hear the changes that have been made in past years. She also discussed the Biden cancer foundation which looks to speed the progress in prevention, detection, research, and diagnosis. Which was a reassuring feeling that someone is so concentrated on that topic. It also did relate to what John Muir booth was doing that day and educating early detection of breast cancer. To end our day we got a picture with Dr. Jill Biden!

Felicia has been working with Changes Salon & Day Spa as a Marketing Consultant and Website Developer for the last 3+ years. Prior to that she worked at the front desk and was the assistant manager at Changes. She has a film and television degree from the Academy of Arts and is the Creative Director for the Real Estate Staging Association
