What are your favorite products at Changes right now?
I love Kevin.Murphy Everlasting Color Wash & Rinse because it smells so good and my hair feels soft and hydrated after every use. It also helps my color last longer which is awesome! I also use and love the Bumble & bumble Dryspun Texture Spray for volume and texture for my long hair.
What does your selfcare routine look like?
I make a point to regularly get massages and facials for not only relaxation, but because it makes my at-home care so much more effective. I also love to make my skincare routine feel spa-like when I do it each day by including cozy headwraps, a wind-down playlist & products I love.
What are your favorite services at Changes?
Our facials are incredibly relaxing and my absolute go-to service. I mix it up alternating between the relaxing Signature Facial and more targeted services like the Clarity brightening Peel.

What do you do with your free time?
I love to paddle board, horse ride and read.
