Changes Salon and Day Spa introduces Online Booking!

Before you can access online booking we will need to activate your Login and Password information. (Please continue to read for instructions about activating your login and password)

Once you are activated, you will log in to our online booking web site using your email address and password. You will have access to schedule appointments, as well as, view your visit history, VIP Points and personal information from any computer on the Internet. You will also have access to update your information or change your password.

Important Information

You can not cancel appointments online. For cancellations please call (925) 947-1814

24 Hour Cancellation policy applies to appointments booked online. We must have a valid credit card on file to maintain your access to online booking. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be billed at a minimum of $15 per service.

Not all services/technicians are able to be scheduled online. If the service/technician you are looking for is not available in the menu please call our front desk (925) 947-1814 to schedule that service.

Services will be scheduled in the order you input the data. Always schedule spa services (massage, facial, pedicure, etc.) before hair, nail or makeup services.

Out of respect for our technicians and clients, please only schedule appointments you intend on keeping. Do not "hold" appointments.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to online booking at any time.

If you need assistance using online booking please call (925) 947-1814 during regular business hours.

Before your online booking access is activated please send an email to info@changessalon.com with the subject "Online Booking" . Include your name and phone number in the body of the email as a confirmation that you have read and understand the "Important Information" regarding online booking. A receptionist will call within 48 hours to set up your credit card information, your email address (for login) and password.

Note: Your password information is visible to our front desk staff.

Bonnie Waters, founder of Changes Salon & Day Spa in Walnut Creek, received her second internationally recognized award at the Global Salon Business Awards® held June 9th in Hollywood, California. The ceremony was hosted by television personality Leeza Gibbons with many other prominent industry leaders in attendance.
